Positon is temporary initiallywith potential to become permanent after succesful trial period.
Duties will include:
Booking ingas & electrical repairs via phone calls to tenants.
Uploading servicing & mutual exchange safety certificates to Clients
Allocating monthly servicing / sending letters & running daily mail merges for compliance appointment letters.
Chasing up parts for gas & electric repair with operatives, rebooking follow in works.
Updating smoke alarms spreadsheet with all jobs for replacement alarms to be ordered.
Requesting target date extension where nonstandard items can be sourced off the shelf.
Manually updating completion notes for gas & elec retro jobs.
Answering calls for reactive & compliance queries.
Covering all planners contracts for annual leave cover.
Allocating emergencies for gas & electric repairs.
Rescheduling works to accommodate for emergencies etc
Position will be office based to begin with with hours being 08:30 till 17:00 Mon to Fri
