Apex have an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Administrator for a position in West Lothian.

Positon is temporary initiallywith potential to become permanent after succesful trial period.

Duties will include:

  • Booking ingas & electrical repairs via phone calls to tenants.
  • Uploading servicing & mutual exchange safety certificates to Clients
  • Allocating monthly servicing / sending letters & running daily mail merges for compliance appointment letters.
  • Chasing up parts for gas & electric repair with operatives, rebooking follow in works.
  • Updating smoke alarms spreadsheet with all jobs for replacement alarms to be ordered.
  • Requesting target date extension where nonstandard items can be sourced off the shelf.
  • Manually updating completion notes for gas & elec retro jobs.
  • Answering calls for reactive & compliance queries.
  • Covering all planners contracts for annual leave cover.
  • Allocating emergencies for gas & electric repairs.
  • Rescheduling works to accommodate for emergencies etc

Position will be office based to begin with with hours being 08:30 till 17:00 Mon to Fri
